Cuca restaurant Jimbaran Bali presents Swig & Nibble ─ Starring Astrolabe wines
Bali (March 2015) – Looking to offer a truly memorable experience to its followers, Cuca restaurant has selectively partnered with award winning winemaker Astrolabe and together they plot “Swig & Nibble”, an evening (on May 10) that has all the makings of becoming the tastiest event of the year.
A sundown spent in the vast expanse of Cuca’s coconut grove, savoring mouthful after mouthful of signature bites, each served in a deliberate sequence and presented paired with a series of spectacular wines. An intimate gourmet celebration seasoned with superb music awaits the lucky few who are quick enough to grab one of the limited spaces.
Chef Kevin will once again put his fearless creativity to the test to orchestrate a flowing menu tuned to the elegance of Astrolabe wines. Exclusively for that evening, Cuca’s entire team will devote itself to deliver an impressive array of 20 magically crafted nibbles that as always will religiously follow the restaurant’s philosophy of using 100% local ingredients.
Astrolabe’s role will be to bring the best from the Marlborough region, wines known for capturing the essence, purity and elegance of their terroir. And boy, aren’t they determined to deliver.
